Desert Voices Audiology offers comprehensive newborn hearing evaluations with our pediatric audiologist. Comprehensive newborn testing will include Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Otoacoustic Emissions, Acoustic Reflex thresholds and a natural sleep Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER) testing. After testing, the audiologist will guide the family to make a plan for the child to ensure he or she has optimal access to sound to achieve speech and language development. Referrals will be made to appropriate professionals in the community.

Desert Voices Audiology provides complete hearing tests on children in the community when there is a suspicion of hearing loss and/or if there is a speech/language delay. Our specialty is evaluating children with a variety of developmental delays or those who require additional pediatric support.

Desert Voices Audiology offers comprehensive pediatric hearing evaluations with our pediatric audiologist. Desert Voices Audiology offers treatment and management for children diagnosed with varying degrees of hearing loss (Mild-Profound) and types of hearing loss (Conductive, Sensorineural and Mixed). Routine audiological testing and device management is provided for both students of Desert Voices and non-students of Desert Voices. Our audiologist offers evidence-based treatments for hearing loss, including behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids, bone-anchored hearing devices (BAHD), cochlear implants, and hearing assistive technology (HAT).
